Yesterday was incredibly busy at work…there was my wellness test, then a staff meeting, then training, then I rushed home to pack my bags and jump in the car to go to my inlaws’. It took me several hours to get caught up and while I tried to comment on a number of blogs – I know I wasn’t able to comment on everyone’s posts yesterday. I apologize, but I hope you’ll forgive me. The rest of the weekend may be that way as I’m enjoying LIVING!
Anyways, this week’s Mama Heart’s Photo Challenge is WHOOPS! You know what I’m talking about…we’ve all done it…where we either didn’t know what we were doing with our camera, had the wrong settings, etc…and then we looked at the image and thought, “well, that’s kinda cool.” Yeah – I’ve definitely had those moments and when this challenge was posted, I knew the exact photo I wanted to use.
For those of you that have been following me for a while, you probably remember this photo (I’ve used it a couple of times). I took it over Christmas – my settings must not have been exactly right but when I tried to replicate whatever I did…I couldn’t do it. I think it looks incredibly cool.
Just for good measure, I thought I’d share this shot as well (again, some of you may remember it from a few months ago). I took my camera outside without allowing it to acclimate to the heat and humidity. I was so disappointed in the shot and then I got lots of great feedback from my friends here that it looked cool…so I decided I liked it.

With that said, I’m off for the day. I will likely be catching up later this evening. Also, I’ve noticed quite a few new followers (friends) the past few days. If you’re a new, I hope you’ll stop by and leave me a comment so I can come visit your blog.
