This post was originally scheduled for yesterday – thanks Blogger.
In a couple of hours, my double wedding (yes, there are two of them) weekend will officially begin. Therefore, I won’t be around much, blog hopping or doing any commenting until Scavenger Hunt Sunday. I really had hoped that I would be giving you a sneak peak of the birthday party last weekend, but I haven’t had much time to edit a lot of pictures (any free time I had to edit was spent wrapping up the bachelorette photos to hand off to the bride this weekend).

Rather than leave Ramblings and Photos completely bare for a couple of days, I thought I would do two things: 1) share what I think it is a pretty funny picture and give you all the opportunity to caption it (your captions always make me giggle), and 2) share Urban Dictionary‘s phrase of the day (from yesterday).
Today’s phrase is: “Big in Japan.”
Definition: To say/pretend you are someone of stature somewhere else, meaningless and not verifiable where you currently are.
Example: “Yeah, I am big in Japan.”
I actually had the photo above open when I opened Urban Dictionary yesterday. I immediately imagined my husband eating his slushy and telling this little girl that he’s “big in Japan.” I mean, look at him – he’s even giving a thumb’s up. I imagine that she took one look at him and thought, “are you kidding me?” In which she decided it would be a good idea to see how “big” he was by trying to push him down.
Alright, enough of my rambling…I got a Bridesmaid Luncheon to attend. Do you have a good caption for this picture? Please share! I’ll choose my favorite by next Wednesday when I share more pictures from the birthday party. In the meantime, I hope you all have a wonderful weekend!

“With my rock hard abs, cherry snow cone, and Crush t-shirt, you don’t stand a chance. And, I’m big in Japan, so beware.” (I couldn’t resist putting that last part in) Great photo!
No Daddy! That’s NOT how the “Big In Japan” dance goes.
‘Push come to shove’ Championship Face Off 2011!
haha Big in Japan is the best, I think.
Here’s mine –
“Pull my finger, Oh that works too.”
Outta my way, I want a cupcake.
“You are not getting by me without giving up that snow cone!”
What a funny shot. I do love that crush shirt!
Ashley – discovered your blog from the link at Kat’s Eye. This looks like a great place to hang out. I look forward to following your work.
HA HA! Love this shot!
Love it… “Oh no you don’t, that is so mine…You will not pass until it is mine!”
You think you can crush this? Look what I did to the ice in my cone!
I can’t wait till you have kiddies of your own. I think both you and your husband will make great parents!
Keep pushing–I need to make room in there for one more snowcone!
