Scavenger Hunt Sunday
Scavenger Hunt Sunday
Welcome back to Scavenger Hunt Sunday. We’ve had quite a busy week and I’m not sure it’s going to slow down anytime soon. What did I do before Felicity came along…that’s what I wanna know. I’m fairly certain that I wasted a lot of time. I do miss those days where I could just read through everyone else’s blog posts though – I miss you guys.

But enough of that, let’s get back to the hunt. For those of you who didn’t participate this week, but want to participate next week…next week’s list came straight out of my head. Enjoy!

The rules are simple:
  1. Anyone can participate.
  2. You’re encouraged to take five new photos this week for the challenge. Creativity is also encouraged!
  3. If you get stumped, you may use one photo from your archive (although I’m not too strict about it – I do my best to take fresh shots).
  4. Link up here on Sunday (or Tuesday at the latest) – you can use the button above.
  5. Leave comments for at least five entries around yours (with so many new participants each week, it’s the only way I know to be inclusive
  6. Have fun!
Without further discussion…here are my interpretations this week:

1. Body Part

I’m in the process of editing a sweet baby boy newborn session right now. This is just one of many sweet shots that came from that session. I can’t hardly wait to share them with you so stay tuned!

2. Wednesday

Felicity and the Cozy Coupe RS
On Wednesday, I took Felicity for a ride in her in cozy coupe. She loves riding around in her “big red car.”

3. Music

Big Smiles BLOG
I pulled this one from my archive…only because I ran out of time. Felicity can turn just about anything into a musical instrument. My friend, Michelle, captured this one of Felicity playing with pots and pans. Good times.

4. Guess What It Is

Actually, I think Miss Maddie is saying to me, “what is this?” or “what’s under here?” as she’s lifting my dress. It was quite funny.

5. Mirror Image

This is another photo from my session last weekend with Bellamy. I love these mirror shots – will definitely have to do more with them in the future.

So, what were your interpretations of the items this week? Be sure to load your pictures on your blog (or your Flickr photostream) and link up at the bottom of this post. Feel free to grab a button to display on your blog along with your scavenger hunt items. The linky will be open until Tuesday night at midnight (EST). If you didn’t participate this week, but want to participate next week, here’s your list.

  1. Family
  2. Grass
  3. Silly
  4. 1/2 (half)
  5. Bow

If you’d like to contribute items to the list, just send me an email with your suggestions (I can better keep track of them this way). Each week, I will select one reader’s prompt list and give the selected reader a shout out on my blog during Scavenger Hunt Sunday.

Happy Shooting!

I’m with you – I have no clue what I did before I had kids – I do know I was much more organized. Oh, who am I kidding – I have no clue how I get anything done now!

We had that same car for our boys 24 years ago…memories! Love your what is it shot! And that is a super imaginative mrirrored image of the family… it!

LOL, Dino does the same thing when I wear dresses…too cute. We just got rid of the that car for Dino, he’s too big and moved onto bikes with training wheels.

I love music! Fun set of pictures.

Oh I totally hear you on what did I ever do before kids- life can be a blur.

Love the mirror shot- you certainly know how to rock that camera.

Great takes again. I especially love the Music and Mirror Image photographs. Such joy in your daughter’s face as she is making “a joyful noise”.

Terrific pics! I love those little feet.

I jsut love pictures of little feet, so precious. And I love Felicity’s expression in the music shot. So cute! What a neat idea for mirror image.

Great set, as always! Love those little baby feet! And the mirror shot is great! Love the perspective on it!

These are all so sweet! I think the mirror shot is my favorite! I love the unique perspective!

    What sweet, sweet little feet!
That music must be a delight to the ears!
