Welcome back to Scavenger Hunt Sunday. You may or may not believe this, but I’m all caught up on Memories, Dreams and Reflections…or at least I was the other day. YAY ME! Now, I can focus on getting back into the swing of visiting your blogs each week and rebuilding the community we once had with SHS. Now, o that note, if you haven’t linked up with MDR, then you still have all month to link up: click HERE
. Until then, I’m glad you’re here and if you didn’t join this week’s Scavenger Hunt but want to join us next week, then scroll down all the way to the bottom for your list.

The rules are simple:
- Anyone can participate.
- You’re encouraged to take five new photos this week for the challenge. Creativity is also encouraged!
- If you get stumped, you may use one photo from your archive (although I’m not too strict about it – I do my best to take fresh shots).
- Link up here on Sunday (or Tuesday at the latest) – you can use the button above.
- Leave comments for at least five entries around yours (with so many new participants each week, it’s the only way I know to be inclusive
- Have fun!
Without further discussion…here are my interpretations this week:
She’s so relaxed…she’s asleep.
2. In My Cup
I had to go back a month to find a photo for this particular prompt. Here is Felicity’s cousin, Carter, drinking hot coco for the first time on the Polar Express. Thumbs up!
My friend, Michelle, has the most beautiful bench right in front of a window that always seems to photograph beautifully…so when we were visiting the other day, I encouraged Felicity to play up there for just a minute. Long enough to capture this shot. The window light is amazing.
4. Looking Down
Going into the week, I took this shot of Felicity with her sunglasses upside down. In my head, I thought, “one down.” Then I looked at the list and realized that the prompt was “looking down.” Hmmm.
So, here she is looking down (although you can’t see her face) as she round the corner in our kitchen with her shopping cart. Yes – even princesses go shopping for groceries.
On Tuesday of this week, the weather was amazing. Like, 64 degrees amazing. So, I took Felicity out to see if she’d be interested in riding her scooter a bit. She had NO interest. Instead, we found ourselves watching the garbage truck roll through our neighborhood.
So, what were your interpretations of the items this week? Be sure to load your pictures on your blog (or your Flickr photostream) and link up at the bottom of this post. Feel free to grab a button to display on your blog along with your scavenger hunt items. The linky will be open until Tuesday night at midnight (EST). If you didn’t participate this week, here’s next week’s list…provided by the Bethadilly Challenge.
- 1. Sweet Tooth
- 2. Number
- 3. Keepsake
- 4. I Made This
- 5. Saturday Morning
On another note, if you’d like to contribute items to the list, just send me an email with your suggestions (I can better keep track of them this way). Each week, I will select one reader’s prompt list and give the selected reader a shout out on my blog during Scavenger Hunt Sunday.
