Welcome back to Scavenger Hunt Sunday. So, last week, I told you that I had some exciting news. Well Wednesday night, we took off and went to Disney World. We have had a blast (and we’re on our way home now). I took a lot of pictures…can’t say they’re much to write home about, but I know Felicity will enjoy looking through them as we relive our trip over and over again. I’ll be sure to post some of our favorites over the next week or so. Until then, link up! If you didn’t join this week’s Scavenger Hunt but want to join us next week, then scroll down all the way to the bottom for your list.

The rules are simple:
- Anyone can participate.
- You’re encouraged to take five new photos this week for the challenge. Creativity is also encouraged!
- If you get stumped, you may use one photo from your archive (although I’m not too strict about it – I do my best to take fresh shots).
- Link up here on Sunday (or Tuesday at the latest) – you can use the button above.
- Leave comments for at least five entries around yours (with so many new participants each week, it’s the only way I know to be inclusive
- Have fun!
Without further discussion…here are my interpretations this week:
1. What I Did Today
One day this week, I needed to photograph Felicity for the Daily Mom Easter Guide. I had this whole idea in my head of her wearing curlers in her hair while getting her nails painted (yeah…big dreams for a 2.5 year old). She allowed the rollers but didn’t like her feet being uncovered. I can’t wait to try it all over again when she’s a little older.
Several weeks ago, I did my St. Patrick’s Day photo shoot with my friend, Michelle. It trips me out that Felicity wanted to wear this red wig. The things she’ll do for a “mermaid.”
I was visiting with my mom a little bit this week. Just as I was about to leave to grab lunch (my errand), Felicity was sitting on my mom’s counter blowing on a whistle. At first, she didn’t know how it worked. Then she figured it out. I’m so glad we didn’t take that whistle home.
4. In My Kitchen
I don’t think I’ve shared this picture on the blog before. Felicity thinks she’s hiding.
5. Something Old
Cinderella’s Castle at Disney World was constructed in 1971. I have a few other angles that I could have shared, but I love what this photo represents. We drove all night to Orlando (last week) so that we could wake up and go to Disney. Felicity was so excited. Rather than stop in the middle of the street, we walked over to the side so we could really take it all in. She loves this castle.
So, what were your interpretations of the items this week? Be sure to load your pictures on your blog (or your Flickr photostream) and link up at the bottom of this post. Feel free to grab a button to display on your blog along with your scavenger hunt items. The linky will be open until Tuesday night at midnight (EST). If you didn’t participate this week, here’s next week’s list…provided by the Bethadilly Challenge.
- 1. On the Floor
- 2. Addiction
- 3. Salty
- 4. Pride
- 5. Me
On another note, if you’d like to contribute items to the list, just send me an email with your suggestions (I can better keep track of them this way). Each week, I will select one reader’s prompt list and give the selected reader a shout out on my blog during Scavenger Hunt Sunday.
