Day 3 in London apparently produced a lot of photo opportunities (considering I’ve been posting photos from it all week). If you’ve missed any of my previous vacation posts, click HERE – we left off at The London Eye. Anyways…after grabbing a bite to eat at Wagamama, we took a taxi to The British Museum. Miles was insistent on seeing the Mummy exhibit one more time. I have to admit that it was pretty cool. Unfortunately most of my photos are pretty dark (even with a high ISO setting). Sisk Family European Vacation: Londay, Day 2...

Saturday night, we got a good night’s rest…which was important considering we had another day of site seeing ahead of us. Our expensive cab driver told us that Sunday would be a good day to see the “changing of the guard.” He told us to arrive by 10:45 to be sure we could get a good spot. So we did just as we were told. Unfortunately, once we got into place (and waited a good 15-20 minutes), we were told that there would be not changing of the guard today. Welcome Baby Zan: Newborn Sneak Peek

This past weekend, after Hurricane Irene blew through, I met up with Baby Zan. At only eight days old, he’s already experienced an earthquake and a hurricane, so we know he’s going to be a strong young man one day.Zan’s mother and I went to high school together. I was thrilled when she contacted me several months ago to ask if I’d be interested in doing a newborn session. It didn’t take me very long to respond. Locked Up!

Kitty Paw has been doing this thing lately where she puts herself in “jail.” Jail can either be between the pegs of my makeup stool (I’ve had this stool since my 9th grade Debuette presentation…if you’re not from the South, this might not make sense to you. It was made so that when I wore my big ball gown, that I could sit without wrinkling my dress. I now use it in the bathroom to do my makeup) or between the legs of one of our dining room table chairs.Anyways, she used to greet us at the back door when we came home from work or sleep with us at night....
