Jump for Joy

March 07, 2010
This week’s i ♥ faces photo challenge theme is:”Jump for Joy!” Honestly, I don’t have many great “jumping” shots…but I love to participate in these weekly challenges and I’m about to leave town for a few days (and I’m not sure how much blog time I’ll have) so I thought I’d share what I DO have. A few years ago, a few friends and I went to see the Durham Bulls – this photo was taken just outside of the stadium. It was a beautiful day, but her face was in full shade & looks a bit blurry. She looks too dull against the blue sky. I’d like to be able to pull the whole thing up and make her pop out without losing the beauty of that blue sky.” I also love this photograph and wanted to respect the owner’s wishes to not lose the beauty of that blue sky. Here’s the original: And here’s my edit:Although I appreciated her...
