One of my goals with this blog is to demonstrate that Photoshop Elements can be an incredibly useful tool for hobby photographers, like me. Check out my Shoot and Edit tutorials - I hope that I have proven that you can do most of what you need to do (from a post-processing/editing perspective) for under $100.
With that said, the following photographers and/or websites are great for finding free actions, textures, photography tips, etc. Because I focus on freebies and/or inexpensive editing solutions, I have not posted photography websites that offer actions, presets and textures for purchase...but there are a ton of them out there. In some cases, I've posted these links for my reference, but I'll often link to these websites within my blog posts for your reference as well. I hope you'll find these resources helpful.
