Selfie Saturday

June 25, 2011
Psalm 31:30 “Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the LORD is to be praised.”This week’s Selfie Saturday prompt is “perfection.” Ironically enough, I wasn’t planning to take this portrait…I was really just trying to check the height on my tripod as well as my focus (the height was off even if my focus is okay). I nearly deleted it, but there was just something about this shot that kept me hanging on. Furthermore, I can’t decide if I like the color or black and white version better. What do you think? Anonymous Selfie and a Feature

June 11, 2011
I’ve been a little slack on my self portraits the past few weeks (at least at it relates to Elena’s Selfie Saturday challenge). You’ll have to go to her blog to see her version, but here is mine: Just in case...
Jump! Jump!

May 11, 2011
A few weeks ago, Elena at Selfie Magic prompted us to take a “jumping” self portrait. If you click HERE, you’ll see that she is the master! I learned a few things along the way: Timing is everything – I ended up with a lot of shots in which I was barely off the ground. I have no control over my facial expressions. Although I really tried for a cute smile…it just didn’t happen.If...
