2009 was a good year…a great year. In fact, we must have had so much fun, that most of it seems like a blur. However, the one thing that stands out in my mind is that Jeremy and I got married after 16 months of planning – what were we thinking! We had the wedding of our dreams (even though it was a little cold outside), surrounded by all of our friends and family.Then, we honeymooned in St. Maarten! October is considered off-season, and therefore, it felt like we had the whole island to ourselves. We can’t wait to travel some more before we have children in a few years. Once we were back from our honeymoon, I got the photography bug. I bought the Canon Digital Rebel XSi and effectively annoyed our families by keeping the camera in their faces. I figure that one of these days, they’ll thank me for capturing those precious moments (at least that’s my hope). Here’s a bunch of my favorites from Thanksgiving/Christmas 2009.
I can’t wait to see what 2010 has in store for us. I do know that in the coming year, I’ll have my camera ready to capture it all.
