This week’s i ♥ faces photo challenge is: “collages.” Had this theme been next week, I likely would have pulled from my upcoming portrait session with my niece and nephew…but since it’s this week, I have other exciting news to share!
One of my best friends and bridesmaids, Jennifer, is getting married! She and her boyfriend (now fiancee) have been dating for 2.5 years or more. They were in Charleston, attending a wedding…on Sunday (April 18), they decided to take a walk. She tells me that there’s a particular house they always pass – it was at that house that he proposed! Apparently, he hired a photographer to follow them along the way, so I can’t wait to see the pictures.
It only seems appropriate then, for my photo collage, that I share a few pictures of me and my friend. I dug into my photo archives to pull out a few pictures of us together (she’s the one that looks like Felicity with the curly hair and blue eyes). You’ll even notice our first picture together as friends (it’s the one with me in a wig). Friends since 2004 (and acquaintances before that), I am so excited for her.
