Anyways, this week’s You Capture challenge is: Get Down Low. I know I’ve mentioned the Rose Garden a time or two, but yes…I was at the Rose Garden waiting to meet with Jenny and Natalie when I saw a mushroom on the ground. You might be addicted to photo challenges if you see a mushroom on the ground, and your first thought is, “awesome…a mushroom…that would be great for this week’s You Capture challenge.” I have a problem, but it’s completely harmless (I think).
I love this shot, but only when I loaded the shot into PSE7 did I notice the little bug walking up the grass. I don’t know…I think the bug MAKES this shot.
ISO 100, 75 mm, f/2.8, 1/250 sec.
Once the girls arrived, I was completely entertained by their adorable children (I’m planning on sharing some of those shots soon as part of another 12 Weeks to Better Photography lesson). Then I saw what looks to be either a rabbit hole or snake hole (yikes). Either way, I got down low!
ISO 200, 75 mm, f/4.0, 1/200 sec.
I should mention that I’m in training sessions all day. If for some reason, you come across my blog and notice it hasn’t been linked up yet to You Capture, I’d be so grateful if you linked up for me (pretty please with a cherry on top?).
