This weekend, I met up with my family at the beach for a little bonding time (which explains why I disappeared from the blogging scene for a few days – my apologies if I haven’t made a visit to your blog in a few days…something had to give).

While we were there, my sister decided to cash in my portrait session offer…the one I offered during her birthday back in April. Unfortunately, we did not have the most beautiful day to work with – it was about 50 degrees and windy. That didn’t stop me!

I’ll be showing a few of my favorite photos from our session later this week (as well as photos from my session with my brother and his girlfriend), but I thought you’d get a kick out of some of the “out-takes” or “bloopers.”

As you can may be able to tell from the photos, it really was cold. I was wearing a coat so it didn’t bother me at all…but those wind gusts were rough.

Either way, we had a great time and moments like these really allowed their personalities to shine. With that said, I really can’t wait to share more photos with you. Until then, have a great Tuesday!
