I’ll make this quick since Rosie completely blew us away with her light box tutorial (just in case you missed it, click HERE).

My edit this week was rather simple. Lightroom (LR) has really simplified my workflow. After importing my RAW files into LR, I flag my favorites…and then separate those files (otherwise I’m looking at 300-400 images at one time…scary). From there, I make basic adjustments to one of my files – I find it so much easier to work through one photo beginning to end before I mass edit. Once I’m happy with that first shot, I can select the rest of my series and sync my files. 

I suppose I could finish everything in LR, but I still love Photoshop…so, I export 10 images at a time into Photoshop for some fine tuning. I start with a nice color edit, then run black and white conversions. In case you’re wondering, I’m still using the Coffeeshop Blog’s Perfect Portrait 3 (with adjustments) followed by Florabella’s Sweetness (from the Luxe II collection).
