Once again there were so many wonderful memories and beautiful photos shared. Here are a few that made me LAUGH, smile, tear up, or all of the above. I would be sharing even more images, but when I copied them over, they kept disappearing – I guess they didn’t want to be shared…which makes me sad because they were SOOOOO GOOD. Nonetheless, I still have a ton of photos to share so, in no particular order…
I know I featured Melanie in my last photo share, but I had to share another one of her photos this time around. She really nailed her composition and processing on this one. Love the moment!
Hello gorgeous low key photography. Gina‘s work continues to get better and better…and I’m really loving how she’s experimenting with lighting. This shot of her son is so dramatic.Once again, kids make me giggle…especially when they’re wearing anything on their face. Aren’t props a wonderful thing. I love this moment that Brandi captured of her daughter. Check out that look on her face – priceless.
I am a serious sucker for beautiful lighting and headless crops. If I remember correctly, all of Rebecca‘s photos this quarter were beautiful, but I especially loved this one.
Who doesn’t love a daddy and daughter picture? That’s what I thought. I love this photo of Laura‘s daughter walking with her daddy. She looks so focused!Andrea has quite some characters at her house, as is evidence by her photos this quarter. I especially loved this particular shot for it’s joyful moment and vintage processing.
And then of course there’s sibling love shots. Sarah captured a perfect moment between her son and daughter. I can only hope (if I have a boy and girl) that my children will love one another this much.
Shutup Melissa! As if a beautiful reflection shot isn’t enough…add a cute curly-headed little girl and I turn to mush. This shot is just way too perfect.
I’m also a sucker for gorgeous catchlights. This photo of Karly‘s little girl must have stardust sprinkled all over it because it immediately grabbed my attention. No seriously, I can’t take my eyes off her.
This looks like the kind of moment you might see in a sports magazine…or hung up on a wall. Either way, this photo by Tracy reminds me of summer and I think the black/white processing is perfect for it.
Finally, I love this secretive moment captured by Mama Sparrow. It’s one of those story telling moments that doesn’t even require words…even though I’d love to know what they were whispering into each other’s ears.
Again, a huge thank you to all of you for linking up. Amber, Sarah, and I really enjoyed looking at all of your photos and hope you’ll come back in September to link up your favorite photos from the 3rd Quarter. I’ll be back with newborn photos by then!
