Welcome back to Scavenger Hunt Sunday. We had another fun and busy week. I finished editing a few client sessions in preparation for this weekend’s sessions (I had one yesterday and two today). We also had our family photos done on Friday evening with the fabulous Katelyn McKay Photography. On top of that, we had a play date with Michelle and Madeline. On Sunday afternoon, I met up with Bellamy and her family for a few photos. Bellamy is already nine months young! Hard to believe that just a year ago, I was photographing her before she had even been born (maternity photos)! This go round, we met at a local park to take advantage of the beautiful fall foliage. I love how mom and dad are wearing chambray, while Bellamy is dressed in hot pink. The North Carolina State Fair was in town a couple of weeks ago…and we went on opening night! As much as I hate crowds, I actually enjoy the state fair – at least parts of it, and I wanted to make sure that Felicity didn’t miss it. Granted, she couldn’t do much…but she LOVED the carousel and running around a bit. I figure next year, she’ll really enjoy all the rides. I think we got 20 tickets this year. Saturday morning, I met up with my college friend (and dear client), Pam, for a family portrait session at Historic Oak View Park in Raleigh, North Carolina. Pam and I have an informal agreement that we meet for photos every six months. Her sons were born in November and May, so it’s really an ideal time frame for photos. Her boys have reached an interesting age.
