Welcome back to Scavenger Hunt Sunday. This week it snowed – it wasn’t much, but I caught a few pictures. Come back on Tuesday to see them. With that said, let’s get back to the hunt. The rules are simple:

2. You’re encouraged to take five new photos this week for the challenge. Creativity is also encouraged!
3. If you get stumped, you may use one photo from your archive (although I’m not too strict about it – I do my best to take fresh shots).

5. Leave comments for at least five entries around yours (with so many new participants each week, it’s the only way I know to be inclusive

Without further discussion…here are my interpretations this week:

1. Ribbon

I don’t think this is a super exciting picture, but I did photograph ribbon…rather, ribbons in the form of bows. My mom’s shop has a gazillion hair bows. You’ve seen Felicity wearing many of them, including this little seahorse that she’s holding in her hands.

2. Writing or Letters

We have a box of magnetic letters by the refrigerator for Felicity to play with. She’s not so interested in them being on the fridge as much as she is eating them. Here she is eating one of them.

3. Notice

Would you have noticed that the background in the shot on the left wasn’t the original background if I hadn’t told you? Did you notice that Felicity has her hands on her face in the shot on the right? She’s responding to me singing “Simon says…”

4. Silhouette

The other morning, my husband was working in the kitchen. Felicity decided that if he was going to work, she was too…and jumped up into his lap. She’s not exactly the best assistant, but she may be the cutest!

5. On Water

Rubber Ducky on water? Yeah, I’m not super impressed by this shot either so I included three additional shots of Felicity – I don’t think she’s impressed with me bringing the camera into bath time. Message received.
