Saturday afternoon was simply beautiful. Okay, it was a little chilly…but it is November. It was one of those days that I was glad to have a client session – and especially at sunset. Last Friday, I had the pleasure of photographing Adam, Christina and Tyler at Yates Mill in Raleigh, NC. Yates Mill is usually flooded with photographers and their clients…so it was nice to come on an “off” day. Okay, so it was also 40 something degrees outside, but the leaves were still beautiful. One of the many things that I love about my photography business is that I have an opportunity to help create memories for my friends. It brings me such joy to see photos that I’ve taken float around Facebook during this holiday season. I feel so blessed to be able to do what I do. On that note, I met up with my college friend, Kellie, and her family on Sunday afternoon at our alma mater. On Saturday morning, I met up with the “B” family for some quick family portraits. As it turns out, quick was all we needed – this family is so beautiful and photogenic that they nailed it within a little more than a half hour.
