Earlier today, I was thinking about Faith at Simplicity…or rather her photo challenge this week…BEVERAGE. I said to myself, “Self, photographing a beverage should be easy enough,” and then picked up my camera and photographed my morning cappuccino. During the work week, I normally drink one cup of coffee (my weekend routine is slightly different – I don’t HAVE to have a cup of coffee). While serving “jury duty,” I did not have my camera on me. Downtown Durham is not exactly the safest of places, and I thought that the taking pictures of people in the waiting room or even around the courthouse might be frowned upon.
